Life is an adventure.

Make it a social one.

Social Adventures helps people turn fear into freedom through playful, real-world challenges. It's not therapy, and it isn't theory — it's a playground for courage and connection.

Mindful Workshops

Mindful Workshops

A small-group session indoors where you'll do guided self-reflection and communication practice.

  • →You walk away knowing exactly what you want — not a vague “I should be more X,” but something specific and real.
  • →You stop being run by the belief that's been holding you back, and start moving from one that actually works for you.
  • →You can hold a conversation with anyone without it feeling like a performance.
  • →You leave with one clear action for the week, sized to your pace, not someone else's.

Social Courage Program(Beta)

4 weeks to feel connected in a new city. 5 people only. €50 for the whole experience.

A little bit about me

After years of traveling and living in different countries, I reached a point where I didn't know what to do with my life. I had built an entire identity around moving, around knowing new places, but inside I felt something didn't close — no address, no “for what.” I went through a real crisis, wondering what I wanted to do with my life.

It was through much introspection and, above all, real practice in the world — not theory — that I began to find my way. I understood what patterns I had to break, and gradually I built something I didn't have before: direction, purpose, and the confidence of knowing who I am and where I'm going.

Questions people ask

Who is it for?+

You're from another country and now live in Germany, but you still don't feel integrated — you overthink social situations, hold back in groups, and want a structured, supportive way to practice speaking up and connecting. It's also great if you've started over in life, moved cities or countries, or feel socially disconnected and want momentum again.

Who is it not for?+

It isn't for you if you're looking for quick “social hacks,” pickup or manipulation tactics, or a passive event where you just watch without practicing. It's also not a fit if you're in a severe mental health crisis and need clinical therapy or support first.

What will you get?+

A repeatable way to enter conversations — what to say in the first 10 seconds, how to follow up, how to exit without awkwardness. The ability to express your thoughts more freely without immediately people-pleasing. More comfort in groups: joining a circle, speaking once, staying present instead of performing.

What's the cost?+

There's no fixed price. It's pay-what-you-want. Some people have more room financially than others, so you choose what this experience is worth to you afterward. Contributing is optional, and coming for free is always welcome.
